Clare Giffin-Pascoe is a Managing Director in the Global Technology Division at Bank of America where she is the Head of Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology, responsible for the delivery of technology services to the Global Risk and CFO organizations. Prior to this she was the Senior Portfolio Management Executive for GBAMT/ERFT. She is a member of the Women in Technology and Operations Global Advisory Board.
Before joining Bank of America, Clare was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where she held several roles including Chief Operating Officer for Corporate and Funding Technology and Global Head of Technology Workforce Strategy. She also held leadership roles in MS Women in Technology, the Technology Diversity Council, and the IT Philanthropy Committee.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Clare worked at Credit Suisse. She held several roles within Technology Infrastructure and was also co-Head of the IT Women’s Council.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Clare worked at JP Morgan Chase where she held roles within Trading Technology. She was part of the team established to manage the technology convergence of the merger between JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Earlier in her career she held managerial roles in both software and publishing companies.
