For more than seven decades, Ambassador Esther Coopersmith served as a beacon of inspiration for generations of women leaders in public service. Her lifelong commitment to bringing people together was to her, a sacred duty that resonated across the work she undertook for our nation and the world. It is a tribute to her legacy that her passing comes during Women’s History Month, for she was the author of much of it over the last century, blazing trails for women who sought higher office and service in the public interest. Women Business Collaborative offers our sincerest condolences to her family. Let us commit to carrying forward Esther’s work as we continue building a more compassionate and connected world, just as she would have wanted.
