She is responsible for TriHealth’s strategic and day-to-day operations of Information Systems (IS), Analytics, Informatics, Cybersecurity, and Innovation for the organization. Since starting her career as a staff nurse at TriHealth, Cathy has taken on and excelled in progressively more responsible leadership roles in Information Systems (IS), including Project Leader, Manager, Director, and Senior Director, always serving as an advocate for patients, physicians, and team members. For the last five years, she has successfully led and managed all IS operations across the TriHealth enterprise while partnering with system leaders to develop and execute TriHealth’s IS plan. Cathy’s exceptional leadership as interim CIO was demonstrated as part of TriHealth’s planning and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cathy graduated from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University.
