<p>Judy Faulkner is the founder and CEO of Epic Systems, now the largest company of its kind in America. Epic supports the medical records of over 250 million patients and is used by top medical centers such as Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic. Judith signed the Giving Pledge in 2015 and has agreed to eventually give 99% of her assets to a private charitable foundation. She was Forbes’ America’s Top 50 Women in Tech 2018. She received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.</p>

TriHealth Inc.</strong></p>
<p>Cathy French assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) in March 2020 after serving as interim CIO since September 2019. She is responsible for TriHealth’s strategic and day-to-day operations of Information Systems (IS), Analytics, Informatics, Cybersecurity, and Innovation for the organization. Since starting her career as a staff nurse at TriHealth, Cathy has taken on and excelled in progressively more responsible leadership roles in Information Systems (IS), including Project Leader, Manager, Director, and Senior Director, always serving as an advocate for patients, physicians, and team members. For the last five years, she has successfully led and managed all IS operations across the TriHealth enterprise while partnering with system leaders to develop and execute TriHealth’s IS plan. Cathy’s exceptional leadership as interim CIO was demonstrated as part of TriHealth’s planning and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cathy graduated from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University. Cathy is an active member of HIMMS (Healthcare Information Management Systems Society) and CHIME (College of Healthcare Information Management Executives).</p>

<p>Nadia Rosseels is a highly skilled executive with over 20 years of IT experience. She has a unique capacity to transform complex business requirements into efficient solutions, making her an expert in business process optimization. She oversaw numerous key projects at DPI, which resulted in increased business efficiencies and significant annual savings for the company. DPI Specialty Foods’ Chief Information Officer, Nadia Rosseels, provides vision and direction to a team of seasoned IT professionals. Nadia believes that a company’s success is largely determined by how successfully all departments, including Information Technology, collaborate as partners to achieve business objectives. Nadia started her career as a Financial Analyst in Belgium. Shortly after she joined an IT Consulting firm which kick-started her career in Information Technology. In 1999 Nadia moved together with her husband to California where she continued working as an IT Consultant with the “Big 4” IT Consulting firms for 15 years. In 2012, a few years after becoming a mother, Nadia joined DPI Specialty Foods to supplement DPI’s internal IT team. Nadia’s career took a significant change at this point. She rose to the position of IT Director by forging strong bonds with business counterparts across all functional areas. Nadia was promoted to VP of Information Technology in 2016 and to CIO in 2018. Nadia holds a master’s degree in Business Economics and Information Technology.</p>

In her teens, Thai moved to Massachusetts with her older sister. The foundation of her company rests upon the technology proving its utility to the customers. Thai attributes the success of her business to her management tactics; Thai believes in empowering her employees by giving them autonomy with the customers. By doing so, her reps provide great service maintaining high retention of clients and to look for new opportunities to invest in. In her role as CIO, she is responsible for directing SCP Health’s overall technology strategy, including mobile, web, enterprise application development, infrastructure, and security. Romero joined SCP Health in 2006 and has held progressively responsible positions in management and senior leadership culminating in her most recent role of SVP of information technology where she played a lead role in IT product development and managing the technology component for the integration of two large corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining SCP Health, Romero was a Web Application Programmer at Acadian Ambulance and a Financial Programmer with global company Stuller Settings. Additionally, Romero is a Guest Lecturer at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a recipient of Acadiana’s “20 under 40” leadership award. Romero has a Bachelor of Science in Business Systems Analysts and Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.</p>
