										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<body><p>Cheryl Green Rosario is the Head of DEI and CSR at Munich Re where she leads the commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the US, focusing on building an inclusive culture and leveraging internal and external partnerships to strengthen Munich Re’s social impact.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Munich Re, Cheryl founded her own consulting business, CGR Consulting, focused on DEI and philanthropy working with corporations, foundations and nonprofits. Before starting her business, she served as Vice President of Social Responsibility at Wyndham Hotels &amp; Resorts, where Cheryl led the global social responsibility strategy for the Company, in areas of DEI, Human Rights, Philanthropy and Sustainability.</p>
<p>Cheryl also spent 10 years at American Express as Director, Philanthropy where she oversaw the global strategic direction and grantmaking for the Arts &amp; Culture &amp; Historic Preservation portfolios. Prior to joining American Express, Cheryl worked at Morgan Stanley in its Community Affairs division and managed a Board Leadership program for Time Warner. In addition to her corporate and foundation experience, Cheryl has over 12 years of nonprofit experience with an emphasis on women and girls and people with disabilities, working with organizations like Family Justice, Girl Scouts and Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind &amp; Dyslexic).</p>
<p>Cheryl is on the Board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, Junior Achievement of New Jersey and the National African American Insurance Association Foundation and Signature Theatre Company. Cheryl speaks and writes regularly on CSR and DEI topics. Most recently, speaking for the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility, Cercle Magellan in France Talent Management Club and a guest lecturer at Columbia University, New York University and University of Pennsylvania on various DEI topics.</p>
<p>Cheryl is an ongoing speaker for the US Department of State and has traveled to China to speak about CSR in 5 different cities and has facilitated virtual sessions for Malta, Slovenia, and other countries across the globe. Cheryl lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children, a college student and high schooler. She enjoys writing, hiking, yoga, meditation and cheering on her favorite professional sports teams as well as at her children’s soccer games.</p>

He leverages more than 30 years of corporate finance and Wall Street equity research experience to work closely with corporations, their CEOs and board directors, and chief diversity officers to increase the representation of Hispanics at all levels in Corporate America. In addition, he directs programs and initiatives aimed at encouraging Fortune 500 companies to increase Hispanic inclusion in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance. As the public face of the organization, Wilson promotes The Power of Hispanic Inclusion™ through direct corporate advocacy, thought leadership engagements, traditional media, and outreach to organizations, employee resource groups, and diversity leaders who share HACR’s mission. His ease in communicating within the C-suites of major U.S. corporations is a unique advantage in creating new partnerships and strengthening relationships with existing corporate members.Wilson is a proud Dominican American with Bergen County, NJ roots, and has served the community through prominent nonprofit boards with leading advocacy groups, including LatinoJustice PRLDEF (formerly the Puerto Rican Legal Defense &amp; Education Fund), Unidos US (formerly the National Council of La Raza) and Dominicans on Wall Street (DOWS). As a youth empowerment advocate, he serves on the national board of directors for Junior Achievement USA. Here, she oversees four key divisions—Insights, Solutions, Events, and Digital—and drives the firm’s vision, strategy, and business development.</p>    <p class="">Subha’s career spans 30 years of experience in front-line business, operational, and leadership roles where she has built cohesive and productive teams to be agents of change. She has shown how strong and inclusive leadership can drive business results and profitability. During her 21 years at Merrill Lynch, Subha was a wealth advisor, a branch manager, the leader of the Multicultural Business Development Group, and Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion.</p>    <p class="">At Freddie Mac, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer with oversight of Diversity &amp; Inclusion, Supplier Diversity, Community Engagement, and the Freddie Mac Foundation. She has taught Gender Policy at Columbia University and speaks passionately about the ability to drive innovation by embracing diversity and creating a culture of inclusion. She serves on a number of boards aligned with her passions—education, cancer research, and women’s advancement.</p>    <p class="">A native of India, Subha holds a BA from Bombay University and an MBA and MS in Accounting from Rice University.
