Dr. Unnatti Jain is a keynote speaker, author, and bridge-builder dedicated to bringing people together across generations, so everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Speaking to schools, colleges, and organizations, Unnatti creates powerful spaces where connection replaces conflict and understanding replaces assumption.

With a purpose rooted in belonging, Unnatti focuses on bridging the generational gap, helping parents and teens, educators and students, and leaders and teams move from misunderstanding to meaningful dialogue. Her engaging, heart-centered talks inspire audiences to listen differently, speak honestly, and connect more intentionally—because when we build bridges instead of walls, everyone thrives.

After beginning her career as an academic writer, Unnatti has transitioned into authoring books that reach people where they are and meet them where it matters most. Her book Parent–Teen Journey supports families in navigating communication, identity, and growth together, and in 2026 she expands her impact with her upcoming book, Everything Begins with You, a powerful reminder that change, connection, and belonging always start from within.

“My purpose is simple,” Unnatti shares. “To bring people together—so no one feels invisible, and everyone knows they belong.”

After a dynamic career leading organizational change and talent strategy across Fortune 500 companies, global engineering firms, and federal agencies, Sherryl Dimitry recently retired from corporate life to focus on what she cares about most: developing effective, authentic and future-proof leaders, and helping professional and executive women navigate bold career transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a former People Executive, Managing Consultant, and Global Talent Leader, Sherryl spent over two decades guiding organizations through complexity and transformational change—whether modernizing HR systems for 600,000+ employees, building inclusive leadership pipelines, or coaching high-potential talent into the C-suite. Sherryl now brings that same strategic insight and human-centered approach to individuals and organizations ready to redefine their next chapter.

Sherryl holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems, with research focused on a systemic analysis of the gender gap in the corporate C-suite. She has published widely on leadership, change, and equity, and her work has been featured in Training Industry Magazine, HR People & Strategy, OD Journal, and World Futures, among others. She has also served as a speaker and advisor for HR.com, the Conference Board, and the International Systems Institute.

Sherryl works with women who are ready to pivot, reimagine, or rise—whether that means stepping into leadership, shifting industries, or designing a life that finally aligns with their values. Her approach blends systems thinking, deep coaching, and a fierce belief in the power of women to lead change—on their terms.
