Anna (Ann) M. Lloyd

Anna (Ann) M. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed in the state of Virginia. She has been working in public accounting since 1995, during which time she has had experience with a wide variety of industries. Ann was a partner at Rice & Lloyd, P.C. in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from 1999 until 2004, at which time she and her family relocated to southeastern Virginia. She then became a partner at Malvin Riggins + Company P.C. from 2005 until 2009, leaving there to establish Anna M. Lloyd, CPA, P.C., which is a five”woman staffed firm in Newport News, Virginia. The firm specializes in tax planning and compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, not”for”profits, estates, and trusts. Additional services include bookkeeping, payroll, accounting software support, management advisory services, financial statement preparation, business valuations, agreed”upon procedures, attest services, probate inventory and accountings, as well as providing representation before taxing authorities.Ann lives with her husband of 45 years, along with two miniature schnauzers, in Newport News, Virginia. Together they have two adult daughters and five grandchildren. She enjoys reading, biking, walking on the beach, and spending time with family.
