Brooke Bollyky

Brooke Bollyky is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization and Public Sector practices in North America. Brooke has worked across the private and public sectors leading end-to-end organizational transformations ensuring structures, processes, people, and
culture are all working to support mission and strategy objectives.

At BCG, she has helped to stand up a new Federal agency, including structure, operating model, and culture; supported the creation of an innovative cross-government shared services model; and led a human capital strategy for a multilateral bank. Brooke has also led engagements in the commercial sector, including a post-merger integration and restructuring of an international hotel chain, as well as a leadership transformation at a major bank.

Brooke is passionate about supporting the growth of women leaders in the workplace and serves as a leader of the firm’s Family@BCG and Women@BCG efforts. Prior to joining BCG, Brooke designed and taught language programs for the linguistics department at Georgetown
University and served in the Peace Corps, creating and implementing teacher-training programs in the Philippines.
