Cara Dailey serves as Chief Data Officer for Silicon Valley Bank, a global financial services company helping innovators, enterprises and their investors move bold ideas forward fast. In her role she is accountable for SVB’s enterprise data strategy and implementation of foundational business and digital capabilities.

As a seasoned financial services executive, she has extensive experience working closely with business and technology organizations use data as a key unlock in their digital transformation journey. In addition, she is a subject matter expert in risk and regulatory activities such as CCAR, stress testing, and regulatory and financial reporting.

Prior to her role at SVB she has held various leadership roles at Nike, BNP Paribas, and GE Capital across business and technology, concentrating in data strategy, governance, master data management and analytics.
