Corinne Ripoche

Corinne Ripoche is CEO of Adecco Americas and Pontoon Global. Having held several leadership roles since joining the Adecco Group in 1993, she is a truly global leader and change agent with a passion for transformation, sales and operations.

In 2017, Corinne was appointed as global President of Pontoon, Adecco’s total talent services brand, where she firmly positioned the business as a market leader and industry disruptor. In her recently expanded role, Corinne combines her roots in staffing with her deep experience in consulting and solutions to architect the Adecco Americas transformation story, prioritizing purpose and exceptional experience within the staffing industry.

As an activist leader, she is passionate about inclusion, diversity and gender parity. Corinne serves on the Board of Trustees for the U.S. Council for International Business, the Advisory Council and Staffing Leadership Council for the Women Business Collaborative, is a member of C200 and French Founders and was named to SIA’s 2020 Staffing 100 list of most influential people in staffing.

Corinne applies many of her business principles in her competitive rally car driving, a pursuit she partakes in with her husband as co-driver. Trust, focus and resilience have brought her success as one of the fastest female drivers on the rally circuit.
