Diana Peninger

Ms. Peninger currently is the Founder, CEO of Geneva Lake Partners and serves on the public company board of LSB Industries (NYSE: LXU) and Rogers Group Inc., the largest US privately owned aggregate company. She chairs the compensation committee for Rogers Group and is a member of the audit committee for both companies. Diana had an extensive career in the chemicals industry with the most recent being from 2014-2016 as Portfolio Vice President at Celanese Corporation.Previously, she was Vice President General Manager at Celanese for the global Food Ingredients and EVA Performance Polymers businesses from 2009-2014. Ms. Peninger’s deep international experience includes 10 years as an expat in Frankfurt Germany and as Director, Corporate Strategy and Business Development where she led projects in middle east and China. Prior to rejoining Celanese, Diana was Vice President, Antioxidants and Global Business Director for PVC Additives at Chemtura Corporation. Prior to Chemtura, Ms Peninger held various executive position at Celanese Corporation. She graduation with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering degree from South Dakota School of Mines where she was honored in 2017 with the prestigious “Distinguished Alumni” award for achievement of excellence in their careers and communities.
