Donald Thompson

Donald Thompson is a co-founder and CEO of The Diversity Movement (TDM). He was recently named to the Forbes’ Next 1000 and has been named to the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies for Walk West three times before recently stepping down to focus on TDM. Donald is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), speaker, investor, and advisor for organizations of all sizes in industries where inequities among underrepresented people are prevalent: from healthcare to banking to tech and more. He is also a mentor for Google for Startups- Black Founders Exchange. Donald’s book Underestimated: A CEO’s Path to Success is due out at the end of this year.
