Dr. Rohini Anand

Dr. Rohini Anand is a strategic business leader and trusted board member who has successfully transformed cultures and built an iconic and enduring brand resulting in business growth. Most recently Dr. Rohini Anand was SVP Corporate Responsibility (CR)and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo where she was responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and alignment of Sodexo’s integrated global diversity and inclusion initiatives (D&I), as well as Sodexo’s CR and wellness strategies.

Under Dr. Anand’s leadership, Sodexo received the prestigious 2012 Catalyst Award, ranked in the top 10 of DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity for 11 consecutive years and was named Global Sustainability Industry Leader in its sector for 14 years in a row by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index . Sodexo’s remarkable global culture change, led by D&I, is featured in a Harvard Business School case study, Shifting the Diversity Climate: the Sodexo Solution as well as profiled in several books on global diversity and inclusion.

Dr. Anand is a published author and is the recipient of many accolades. She is on several boards including Charter Communications Advisory Board, Galt Foundation, Tent Partnership, WomenLift Health and Community Wealth Partners.
