Helen Lane

Helen is an experienced c-suite executive with over 30 years of diverse experience in technology, operations, mergers & acquisitions, healthcare, business development, strategic planning, and management consulting. Throughout her career Helen has focused on developing transformative solutions that lead to increased revenue and profitability.

Helen’s experience includes being one of 4 partners growing, identifying strategic alternatives and selling a management consulting firm, serving as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for two healthcare companies, and converting a distribution company to web-based operations. She has had P&L responsibility for over 20 years. She currently serves as a Senior
Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, with a focus in working with Fortune 1000 and Private Equity-backed portfolio companies to fuel growth and transformation.

In Helen’s current role she advises boards and executive teams on value creation, with an emphasis on organic and inorganic growth, as well as operational scale. This includes aligning on prioritized strategies based on impact. She is often an integrating force to balance culture and personalities, leading discussions on differing views and trade-offs in keeping with the unique culture and dynamics of every board and management team.

As a partner and senior leader, Helen helped grow c3/consulting to be the largest consulting firm in Middle Tennessee, selling the company to Ankura in 2018. Consistent 12-year revenue growth earned c3 a
place on the Inc. 5000 List six times. c3 grew to $30M, with over 25% annual revenue growth each of the final two years.

Helen’s prior professional roles included CIO forCIMplify, providing revenue cycle and technology solutions for physician practices, and CIO for Evolved Digital, a workflow and radiology solutions company.
Her extensive healthcare expertise includes working with providers, payers, and healthcare solutions organizations. Her early career experience included General Manager for Ingram Content and multiple
roles for McDonalds Corporation and IBM.

Helen seeks an independent board role. As a board member she offers a bias toward strategy, deep analytical skills, entrepreneurial experience, industry contacts, vision, and practical/actionable familiarity with industry trends.
