Ms. Moreau is the President, CEO and founder of The Midtown Group” one of the best staffing firms in the nation. Her company is a 13-time winner of the Washington Business Journal’s “Best Place to Work” award and Inc. Magazine named Midtown one of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. 3 years in a row. From Washington, DC, her company serves clients including the Smithsonian Institute, DC Streetcar, and countless agencies throughout the federal government. Ms. Moreau opened her company in 1989” just months after starting her staffing career following her 1988 graduation from the University of Florida (UF). In 2008, she was accepted into the Young Presidents’ Organization, serving as her chapter’s membership chair AND first female chairperson. She was also inducted into The Committee of 200 (C200), along with the world’s most successful women entrepreneurs.Ms. Moreau is a fierce champion for women around the world. In 2007 and 2008, she was awarded “Board Member of the Year” for her involvement with Rachael’s Women’s Center, helping women in DC struggling homelessness.
