Jennifer Haggerty

Jennifer Haggerty leads entrepreneurial technology companies and is a skilled negotiator and dealmaker with deep domestic / international accomplishments. “Use your clarion voice and inspire those in your sphere (including yourself) to act with confidence” are Jennifer’s guideposts in life.

Jennifer is passionate about developing diverse professionals with earned, personal capital to perform with positive impact in executive leadership and as a fiduciary leader on Boards.

Jennifer gained corporate finance and M&A skills from work in New York investment banks Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns. A media specialist, she performed on teams which raised billions in capital and closed strategic deals for clients.

Jennifer transitioned her skills to the online tech and media industry. At DoubleClick (now Google), she spearheaded teams which closed ~ $3 billion in capital raising and M&A deals which helped propel DoubleClick to a peak ~ $15B market cap.

Jennifer has held COO positions in tech companies, recently in a blockchain, cryptocurrency and AI project. She was named Interim CEO, then Co-CEO, during a period demanding crisis management and stabilization, responsible to employees, investors and regulators.

Jennifer served on the Board of Questar Assessment, an EdTech company. Her tenure concluded with the company’s successful sale.

Jennifer volunteers with the Conway Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Smith College. Conway Center houses the Draper Competition for Collegiate Women Entrepreneurs. Jennifer is a judge in the Draper Competition, which awards hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes annually.
