Joe Tredinnick

Joe Tredinnick joined Republic as Market President in December 2018, bringing with him 27 years of commercial and retail banking
experience. He began his career at Commerce Bank in 1992, starting as a credit analyst before progressing to asset recovery officer, credit
underwriting manager and commercial lender. Most recently, he was Regional Vice President at TD Bank.

Active in the community, Tredinnick currently serves as a Chair-Elect of Rowan College of Burlington County College Foundation, Chair of Community Foundation of South Jersey, Jefferson New Jersey Healthcare Foundation, Board Member of Thomas Edison State University Foundation, and Vice Chair of Camden Business Assistance Corporation. He is also Chair-Elect of Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Tredinnick has previously served as Chair of the Camden County Chamber of Commerce, Co-chair of the United Way of
Southeastern PA and NJ local board, Boys and Girls Club of Mercer County and Cooper’s Ferry Partnership.

Tredinnick received his bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Haddon Township with his family.
