Julia Naomi Blue

Julia Naomi Blue is the Founder of Blue Jay Strategies, a political and philanthropic consultancy. For over a decade, she has worked in both the public and private sector, helping to raise more than $800M for campaigns, organizations, and causes. Julia has held various fundraising roles within the Democratic Party, including at the Democratic National Committee, on the presidential campaign and inauguration of Barack Obama, and the Milwaukee 2020 Host Committee for the Democratic National Convention.

For six years, Julia co-led fundraising efforts at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA), the nation’s first and leading animal welfare organization.  She raised millions to support major infrastructure projects like the ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center in Asheville, NC and the ASPCA Community Veterinary Center in Miami, FL as well as innovative partnerships with the Food Bank for NYC and the New York Police Department.

Previous clients include Warnock for Georgia (campaign), the National Urban League (non-profit), Pete for America (campaign), New York for Ray (super-PAC), among others.

Julia received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.
