Linda J. Wondrack

A Senior Compliance Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry that includes extensive exposure to and collaboration with boards. She excels at designing and implementing compliance and risk management strategies in global organizations. A seasoned leader of global workforces, Linda Wondrack brings well developed strategic prowess and business acumen to business/compliance transformation in growth environments, leveraging her significant regulatory, conflict resolution and risk management expertise. She is recognized for her visionary approach to the build-out of global compliance and risk management operations and the development and implementation of industry-leading best practices. Linda was recognized as a strategic, can-do, collaborative compliance leader early in her career at Scudder, Stevens & Clark (now DWS) “then one of the ten largest global asset management firms. She oversaw all of the regulatory aspects of the U.S and non-U.S. retail and institutional businesses and gained significant experience in influencing, managing and executing organizational and operational change with the acquisition of Scudder by Zurich and its subsequent sale to Deutsche Bank.Linda has been an active member on industry committees and served on the Investment Adviser Association Board of Governors for nine years. She serves on the board of the Boston Children’s Chorus and co-chairs the Governance committee.
