Lisa Maxwell is the founder and managing partner of executive search firm Gerard Stewart. For five consecutive years she has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 “Women in Staffing list, and in 2019 she was inducted into the esteemed Staffing 100 Hall of Fame. Lisa is a staffing industry leader in executive search ” from CEOs, to board members, to other C-suite executive roles, including CFOs and COOs. Under her leadership for the last 15 years, Gerard Stewart’s practice has continued to expand. Providing support to clients around the world but specifically to those with headquarters in North America, Asia-Pacific and in Europe, Lisa’s hyperfocus on the human capital management and talent acquisition ecosystem has allowed her to become an authority in the leadership needs and demands of today’s staffing, RPO, MSP, HR outsourcing and HR technology firms. A recognized expert in assessing business culture and goals, she enjoys speaking on the topic of executive-level hiring and the most important factors that go into ensuring a strong fit and smooth leadership transition. She is a graduate of Purdue University.
