Marti Tirinnanzi is the President of Financial Standards, Inc., a financial services consulting company located in New York City. Ms. Tirinnanzi is experienced in advising REITs, banks and securities/futures brokerages in the areas of risk management, hedging strategies using derivatives contracts, financial instrument accounting, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Tirinnanzi is also well known among Washington DC policy circles, and has advised Congressional staff, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FDIC, banking regulators and financial markets industry groups on ways to address financial risk that involve derivatives contracts. She teaches fintech and derivatives licensing courses for the Institute of Financial Markets and develops executive education programs on new regulations and financial services innovation, including Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and block chain technology.

Ms. Tirinnanzi also serves as the independent director on the Board of ICE Mortgage Services, which is owned by the Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) and operates a national electronic registry system for residential mortgages; serves as director on the Board of Sotados Inc., a mobile-to-mobile payments fintech company providing low cost remittances to account holders located in certain African and Latin American nations; and serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Habitat for Humanity DC, a non-profit affordable housing solutions provider in Washington DC.

Ms. Tirinnanzi has been on the Company’s Board since 2012 and her present term expires in 2022.
