MonaLisa R. Como

MonaLisa Como is a financial services executive currently serving as the Treasurer and Board Member of Bring Change 2 Mind, the leading mental health stigma foundation co-founded by actress Glenn Close and formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital One Investing. With over twenty-five years in financial services, MonaLisa recently led Capital One’s online trading and wealth management division, resulting in the successful sale and divestiture of 1.2 million customers and $30 billion in assets under management. Prior to Capital One, MonaLisa was an entrepreneur and co-founded InterPares Capital, a commercial lending brokerage, and InterPares Partners, a boutique financial consulting firm. MonaLisa’s entrepreneurial success resulted in numerous publications, interviews, and radio talk shows as an expert on women in business. This exposure resulted in the launch of Power Lunch podcast on BlogTalkRadio where MonaLisa was both host and executive producer. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, MonaLisa held senior leadership positions at TD Ameritrade, AIG Advisory Group and E*TRADE Financial. MonaLisa is an avid philanthropist and advocate for women in business, women entrepreneurs, financial literacy, healthcare, and mental health. She has her FINRA license 7, 24 & 63, and a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
