Nelly Pitocco

Nelly serves as the Head Solution Engineering & Innovation at T-Mobile for Business. In her role, she leads a team of technology engineers, specialists, and architects responsible for developing next-generation products and solutions for business customers.

With over 25 years of experience, Nelly has successfully led teams supporting a wide range of Fortune 500 customers. Prior to T-Mobile, she held executive positions at Apollo, AT&T and IBM where she led both domestic and global teams across various organizations including sales, operations, engineering and product development. She is experienced in change management and transformation – leading and transforming teams to peak performance.

Nelly is passionate about STEM and mentoring. Among her volunteering activities, she serves on the board of Embarc Chicago and is an Advisory Board Member of the Hoeft Technology and Management Program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Nelly is a graduate of DePaul University.
