Patricia Glaser Shea

Patricia (Pat) Glaser Shea currently serves as a Partner in Shea Advisory Services, providing services to for-profit and nonprofit organizations in leadership, philanthropy, gender equity, and social justice. For the past 2.5 years and before selling the company, Pat was the Co-Founder, President & CEO of Givful, a technology SaaS start-up that automates workplace giving and volunteering. Givful was named Start-up of 2020 by the Greater Nashville Technology Council.

In 2005, Pat served as President & CEO for the YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee for eleven years, stabilizing the 100+-year-old organization by growing net assets to $10M and increasing the number served. In 2010, Shea founded the Nashville Chapter of Women Presidents Organization (WPO), serving as Chapter Chair since.  Pat has over eighteen years of experience working in for-profit healthcare for companies such as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Quorum Health Resources, and Co-Founder/Chief Development Officer for Echelon Health.

Shea is a graduate of Leadership Nashville and Leadership Tennessee, and a board member for Generous, Studio Bank, Sports to Suits, BrainTrust, and the Women Business Collaborative – a national nonprofit focused on gender parity in the workplace. In 2020-21, the Nashville Business Journal included Shea as one of Nashville’s Power 100. Over the past, Pat has also been recognized as NBJ's Most Admired CEOs, Women of Influence/Trailblazer, and a finalist for Tennessean of the Year.  In 2017, Shea accepted Nashville’s Annual Human Relations Award and the ATHENA Leadership Award.
