Robin Schwartz is the former Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at NextUp, a 501c3 nonprofit that advocates for advancing women in business. Robin is remotely based in Boise, Idaho. She works with corporate partners across the United States and spends time educating business leaders about NextUp’s core values, promoting stronger and more productive workplaces that leverage women’s leadership, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within these organizations.
Prior to her role at NextUp, Robin worked in corporate sales in software and broadcast radio industries in Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Robin’s passions include being a member of the Board of Directors for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) representing Idaho in the Pacific Northwest region. The ADL’s goal is a world in which no group or individual suffers from bias, discrimination or hate.
Robin and her husband have lived in Boise, ID, for three years and love it there. She is originally from a small town south of Seattle, Washington, and has a BA from Washington State University. She enjoys time with her husband and her nearly seven-year-old Weimaraner dog named Bentley, travel, and cooking for friends and family.
