Romita Grover

Romita Grover is the Head of Programs and Partnerships at Capital One, where she oversees all Diversity Community Partnership and Business Resource Group (BRG) activities, including  developing and managing Capital One’s strategic partnerships with the external diversity community partners, bringing the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) vision, mission and overall strategy to bear on BRG program design and priorities, and launching new DIB initiatives for Capital One. Prior to Capital One, Romita was the Director of Global Compensation at American Express, where she delivered world-class Compensation Programs to thousands of Amex employees globally. Before Amex, Romita spent many years at Accenture in client facing and corporate HR roles of increasing responsibility. She holds a BA in Economics from Punjab University and an MBA from FORE School of Management.
