Sam Hines

Sam Hines is CEO and Managing Director of Hines Executive HR Solutions, a Tampa based Human Resource Consulting firm.  His executive HR leadership experience spans over 30 years with several Fortune 500 companies including Ryder System, Sundstrand Corporation, Baxter Healthcare and the First National Bank of Chicago.  Most recently, he was the Chief People Officer for the City of Miramar, FL.

He received his degree from Jackson State University with advanced studies at Boston University in Human Resources. He is Chair of the Board of the Women’s Business Development Council of Florida. Most recently, he was named one of South Florida’s most powerful and influential Black Professionals & Advisory Board Member of the Year by ICABA. Additionally, he was recognized by the CEO of SHRIM as one of the top HR Executives in South Florida.
