Shirley Vincent

Shirley Vincent left the corporate workforce to become a serial entrepreneur in STEM. She founded Netrocon Systems in 2002 that built software products, web and mobile applications that is easy to use with intuitive product design and achieves impactful business outcomes for its clients. She founded Netrocon Digital; a Digital Marketing Technology services firm that helps clients undergo successful digital marketing transformation. Under Shirley’s leadership, Netrocon Systems and Netrocon Digital grew to be a multi-million-dollar businesses. She has cofounded Netrocon Digital Solutions Pvt ltd in India that caters to the APAC market and Zwytch a car negotiation services company that caters to car dealerships. Shirley has been named the Enterprising Woman of the year 2019 and Netrocon Digital won the Gold winner of the year award in 2019 by SVUS. She is a finalist of CEO of the year 2018 by Go Global awards in the international category. She has been recently awarded the title of woman business owner of the year by NAWBO.Shirley is passionate about helping women in business and career development. She is a small business mentor with Score, charlotte chapter. She mentors’ women in STEM business as a part of Million Women Mentor “Ei. She serves as the B2B Marketers user group leader for charlotte’s Marketing community.
