Susan Skerritt is an Independent Director of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE:SKT), a REIT that owns, or invests in, and operates a portfolio of 40 upscale outlet shopping centers; a Non-Executive Director of Royal Bank of Canada USA, a $130B bank holding company; and, an Independent Director of the Falcon Group a leading inventory management solutions business.Ms. Skerritt’s successful 35-year financial career included leadership roles with premier banking institutions. Most recently, she was the Chairman, CEO, and President of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, Deutsche Bank’s U.S. commercial banking entity with over $50B in assets. A proactive leader, Ms. Skerritt is recognized for strengthening culture and advancing innovation to transform organizations into market leaders. She is a consensus builder able to unite boards, management, staff, and industry leaders around a common purpose.In recognition of her leadership and expertise, Ms. Skerritt was included in the WomenInc.’s Most Influential Corporate Board Directors in 2019 and American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking ranking for multiple years.
