As PrideStaff Co-CEO, Board of Directors member, and Brand Advisory Council co-chairman, Tammi Heaton is responsible for brand integrity and growth through strategic planning and managing operations for both company-owned and franchising entities. With more than 22 years in the industry,
and specialization in Risk Management, Candidate/Client Acquisition, Customer Loyalty, etc., Heaton is a catalyst for organizational advancement. In her tenure, she has overseen PrideStaff’s growth to more than 85 franchise units nationwide, as well as development of 4 niche divisions of staffing business; financial, insurance, pharmacy and executive direct hire. Heaton has been recognized on SIA’s “Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing,” highlighting leaders whose accomplishments and contributions have elevated the industry and helped shape, define and influence the rapidly evolving world of work. Heaton’s emphasis on culture and customer experience has led to several industry accolades for PrideStaff, including ClearlyRated’s coveted Best of Staffing Diamond Awards. Focused on innovation and cutting-edge technology, her progressive approach has stemmed several user-experience, mobile- centric, and philanthropic initiatives; reevaluating old paradigms to adapt in today’s market and build an impactful, unwavering brand.
