Teresa Tanner

Teresa Tanner is the founder and CEO of Reserve Squad. She spent 30 years at Fortune 500 companies in roles from operations leadership to the C-suite. She has been a longtime advocate for women and for diversity in the workplace, delivering innovative leadership and mentorship programs and initiatives such as a free maternity concierge. She has been honored as one of the top women in banking in the U.S. for her
diversity initiatives and as a Woman of the Year by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and The Cincinnati Enquirer. Her innovative programs to
help companies retain women have been honored by the Bank Administration Institute and American Banker.

Teresa has given speeches to national organizations and has been featured in live and taped national media interviews. She has been featured in interviews and written for USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, the TODAY show, Cheddar, Fast Company, and Bloomberg.
