Molly Langenstein

Molly Langenstein is Chief Executive Officer and President of Chico’s FAS, Inc., and has been a director since 2020. An experienced strategist, manager, and merchant with a record of success revitalizing sales and profitability in the retail fashion industry, she brings to her responsibilities a 30-year track record of building multiple successful brands. She joined the company in August of 2019 as president of the Apparel Group and subsequently transitioned to the role of CEO and President. Before joining Chico’s, she held leadership roles at a number of divisions of Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s in various key markets including Miami, San Francisco, and Minneapolis. As a general merchandise manager her responsibilities included ready-to-wear, men’s and children’s wear apparel. She began her work in the apparel retail industry as a buyer at Burdines. Molly received her BS degree in fashion merchandising from Kent State University and currently serves on their Advisory Board.
