Caroline Kung, Managing Director, SagePath Capital

Caroline Kung is the Managing Partner of SagePath Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market companies to build world-class businesses that solve real-world problems. With over 20 years of industry experience, Caroline has an extensive track record of executing private equity transactions and portfolio company value creation. She has experience in a variety of sectors, including business services, software/technology, healthcare services, industrials, and consumer/retail.  As an active board member of many private companies, she has played a key role in driving growth and profitability organically and through acquisitions to create significant value for partners.  She was previously a Managing Director at a global private equity firm, and she started her career in investment banking and business planning. Caroline graduated with an A.B. from Harvard College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
