He leverages more than 30 years of corporate finance and Wall Street equity research experience to work closely with corporations, their CEOs and board directors, and chief diversity officers to increase the representation of Hispanics at all levels in Corporate America. In addition, he directs programs and initiatives aimed at encouraging Fortune 500 companies to increase Hispanic inclusion in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance. As the public face of the organization, Wilson promotes The Power of Hispanic Inclusion™ through direct corporate advocacy, thought leadership engagements, traditional media, and outreach to organizations, employee resource groups, and diversity leaders who share HACR’s mission. He is the former Vice Chairman of AT&amp;T Inc. and CEO of Business Solutions &amp; International. In that capacity, he had overall responsibility for the company’s integrated Business Solutions group which, at the time served more than 3.5 million business customers in nearly 200 countries and territories.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previously, he was President and CEO of AT&amp;T Mobile and Business Solutions, where he had overall responsibility for the company’s wireless and business services operations. Before that, he was President and CEO of AT&amp;T Mobility. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He serves on the boards of American Express Company, New York Life Insurance Company, and Amdocs Corporation. He is the former Chairman of Junior Achievement Worldwide and continues to serve on its board of directors.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He has received numerous awards recognizing his leadership, including induction into the U.S. Wireless Hall of Fame, the Atlanta Business Hall of Fame, and the prestigious Global Innovation Award from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mr. de la Vega is the author of the best-selling book Obstacles Welcome: Turn Adversity to Advantage in Business and Life (Thomas Nelson, 2009).</span></p>

Allan’s portfolio also includes leading the Internal Controls Program for Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC. Prior to joining Fidelity, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Marketfield Asset Management, a boutique investment advisory firm, based in Manhattan, New York. Allan’s prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management, and Executive Director and Divisional Chief Compliance Officer for UBS Financial Services both in metropolitan New York City. At UBS, he chaired the Legal and Compliance Division’s ERG/Mentoring Program and Co-Chaired the Legal and Compliance Division’s Diversity Program. Through these initiatives, Allan worked to create a vibrant pipeline of highly qualified and culturally competent legal and compliance professionals for future leadership roles. <p class="">Most recently, Michael held two executive roles at Sodexo, serving as COO of Sodexo’s $10 billion North American business and CEO of its $5 billion Health Care Division. Under his leadership, the company doubled its top-line revenue and tripled bottom-line profits over a decade.<br>Prior to Sodexo, Michael led the turnaround of Loew’s Cineplex Entertainment/Sony Retail Entertainment, helping steer the financially troubled company toward a $1.4 billion sale to Bain Capital. As Partner and CEO of Chili’s Grill &amp; Bar Asia, he introduced and expanded the brand across the Pacific Rim, successfully leading its international growth.</p>



<p class=""><strong>Board Leadership &amp; Philanthropy</strong></p>



<p class="">Michael actively advises and supports organizations that drive economic empowerment and education. He serves on the board of Sodexo Magic, a joint venture he co-founded with Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo, aimed at creating opportunities for diverse businesses and communities. Additionally, he is a board member of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and has previously served on the boards of Variety the Children’s Charity, the Will Rogers Institute, and the World Affairs Council.</p>

<p class="">Balaji Ganapathy served as the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Chief Social Responsibility Officer for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a Global Top 3 information technology leader. In this role, Balaji focused on harnessing the power of purpose, people and technology to advance access, equity and inclusion across society. </p>



<p class="">Under his stewardship, TCS leveraged its technology, innovation, thought leadership, and a global pool of skill-based volunteers to make a significant impact on the communities in which TCS employees live and work. </p>



<p class="">Under his leadership, TCS was recognized by Points of Light’s Civic 50 as IT Sector Lead in 2018 and 2019, and IMFIS’s education program was recognized by U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation with its distinguished Best Commitment to Education award. </p>



<p class="">Balaji serves as the Chair of STEMconnector®’s STEM Innovation Task Force (SITF), Vice-Chair of the Million Women Mentors (MWM) Leadership Council, on the Board of Directors for Women’s Business Collaborative, the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030, World Economic Forum’s Steering Committee, NPower National Advisory Council Co-Chair, and is part of US Chamber of Commerce’s Education, Employment &amp; Training Committee (EETC).</p>



<p class="">Balaji was awarded the 2017 Charlie H. Moore Award for Leadership in Corporate Community Engagement by CECP, the CEO Force for Good and presented with the 2017 Million Women Mentors Male Champion of Change Award.
