Northrop Grumman</strong></p>
<p>Dr. Phyllis Schneck is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Northrop Grumman. In this role, she oversees the company’s global cybersecurity strategy and policies and is responsible for the digital security of the company’s products, services and infrastructures. Phyllis has 20 years of government and private-sector experience in senior cybersecurity positions. She joined Northrop Grumman in 2019 from Promontory, a division of IBM, where she led the firm’s cybersecurity practice as managing director and global leader of Cyber Solutions. Prior to her tenure with Promontory, Phyllis served as the deputy undersecretary for cybersecurity and communications for the Department of Homeland Security, where she led responses to cybersecurity threats against corporations, civilians and the government. During this time, she led the defensive cybersecurity operational mission to mitigate and respond to cyber threats across the federal civilian government and private sector. Phyllis led the transformation of signature technology, applying analytics to the central cyber protection that the DHS provides to civilian agencies. Phyllis earned her doctorate in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as both a master’s in computer science and a bachelor’s in computer science and mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.</p>

Synopsys</strong></p>
<p>Deirdre serves as the Chief Security Officer for Synopsys. In this role, she works collaboratively to safeguard Synopsys. In addition, she leads efforts to drive industry awareness and enablement for secure design from software to silicon to support our business in EDA, IP, and Software Integrity. She previously served as co-general manager of Synopsys’ Design Group, responsible for leading the development and deployment of our physical design, implementation, and analog/mixed-signal product lines. Deirdre has held a number of positions at Synopsys since joining the company in 1987, including leadership roles in customer engagement, applications engineering, sales, and marketing. She earned a B.S.E.E. from Brown University and an M.S.E.E. from UC Berkeley. In 2001, Deirdre was a recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Award and the Marie R. Pistilli Women in EDA Achievement Award. Ms. Hanford served as the Chairman of American Electronics Association in 2008. She currently chairs Brown University’s Engineering Advisory Committee and serves on the Engineering Advisory Board for UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering. Deirdre also serves on the Board of Directors of Cirrus Logic, Inc.</p>

Mrs. Mamilli joined Zoetis from Eli Lilly and Company, where she most recently served as Global Chief Information Officer for the company’s Business Units with responsibility over sales, marketing, customer experience, medical affairs for the diabetes, oncology, biomedicine and international business units. In her 20-plus years with Eli Lilly, Mrs. Mamilli held a variety of international leadership positions with increasing responsibilities, while building high performing teams to identify opportunities at the intersection of healthcare, information technology, big data and analytics. As Eli Lilly’s first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), she led the strategy and execution to secure products, devices, manufacturing systems and information across the business.</p>

Hodge is responsible for developing strategies and implementing integrated, cross-functional solutions that transform operations through technology, culture, and processes to deliver business-based outcomes. She leads the corporation’s Digital Transformation and Enterprise Information Technology teams and the office of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer – comprising more than 5,200 professionals worldwide. During her 18 years with Lockheed Martin, Hodge has held several positions, including vice president of Business Innovation, Transformation, and Enterprise Excellence of Space; vice president of Information Technology for Space; vice president of Technical Operations for Enterprise Business Services; CIO &amp; vice president for Electronic Systems; and vice president of Mission Success &amp; Information Technology for Maritime Systems and Sensors. Hodge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, cum laude, from Montclair State University, NJ. She also has a number of awards, including the 2012 Black Engineer of the Year Award – special recognition for career achievement. She is a champion for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education.</p>

She pioneered social partnerships, launched many of the first social media advertising products we use today, and reimagined traditional content formats for marketing campaigns, driving social commerce on western and eastern platforms. Among her industry recognitions, Alice has been listed as one of the Financial Times’ OUTstanding Future Leaders, won the ‘Rising Star’ at the Digital Masters, and has been named as one of the Drum’s Digerati’s ‘most exceptional people working in the Digital space.’ She is passionate about LGBTQ+ rights and diversity in media and has partnered with a number of organizations, both professionally and personally, to further these causes. She was a key leader in the company’s stabilization and turn around by providing new solutions to help the company compete in the rapidly evolving online business environment. A native of St. Paul, Minn., Risch earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin. She also completed a pre-MBA education program at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., and attended the U.S. Army War College’s Commandant’s National Security Program as a civilian participant. She is a member of Southern Methodist University’s Information and Operations Management Advisory Board.</p>

Tracy was vice president and CIO for the Security Technologies and Residential Solutions sectors of Ingersoll Rand until Allegion became an independent company – where she also served as CIO. During her five years at Ingersoll Rand, Tracy also served as the chairperson for the Ingersoll Rand Women’s Network and was a member of the company’s Progressive, Diverse and Inclusive Council. She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Oklahoma Christian University.</p>
