Betty Hines

Betty Hines is a highly accomplished Business Strategist, Business Connector, and Certified Advanced Facilitator who specializes in working with women businesses running multimillion-dollar companies. Drawing on her extensive experience as a former C-Suite Executive, Entrepreneur, and Consultant, Betty is uniquely qualified to address the pressing issues, which is why she founded Women Elevating Women aka WEW.

WEW is an inclusive global multinational, multicultural, and multiethnic organization of women entrepreneurs, CEOs, and professionals, with revenues ranging from six figures and above. Their goal is to be profitable and share their expertise with others in cohorts called WEW CREWS.

WEW acts as a programmatic diversity arm and feeder organization for the Women Presidents Organization (WPO). Betty facilitates women in WPO who run businesses with gross revenues of $10M-$50M. Given these resources and others, WEW members have a “runway” to success with access to information, insights, and opportunities that will scale them to WPO levels of $1M and beyond.

Based on her accomplishments, Betty and the WEW organization are recognized as The ICABA Women of Impact-Leading Light (2023), 100 Women to KNOW (2023), DC Chamber of Commerce- Women in Business Champion (2023), International SHE AWARD Honoree in Dubai, UAE (2022), WPO Presidents Award for Facilitating Greatness (2021) & The International Adrienne Hall Award (2020), the Positive Impact Award, Nigeria Professional Insurance Ladies (2020), and the co-founder of the Women of Color Achievement Awards, which is a collaboration between the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. and WPO honoring Women of Color since 2010.

Betty served on numerous non-profit boards and is currently on the Board of Directors at the Women Presidents Organization, The Black Experience, and the Advisory Council of Women Business Collaborative.
