Margaret Manthe

Margaret Manthe is the Senior Credit Officer at Republic Bank. In this role she is responsible for executing the Bank’s credit and risk policies in the areas of commercial, consumer and residential lending. During her 12 year tenure with Republic Bank she has served in roles ranging from credit underwriting to commercial real estate lending and system installation of a loan origination system. Prior roles included serving as a Contract Administrator and Government Affairs Representative for National Steel & Shipbuilding Company, (NASSCO) with responsibility for the legislative and regulatory agenda affecting the U.S. shipbuilding industry. Efforts focused on promoting the U.S. shipbuilding industry and building coalitions within and across industries and labor unions engaged in the production of U.S. flagged vessels.She currently holds a position on the executive committee for the Friends of Jerry Segal, a non-profit organization created to raise funds for Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia. Prior volunteer positions include roles with the DOD Key Volunteer program, American Red Cross and the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
