Susan Fallon

Susan Fallon is Vice President of Global Strategy and Business Development for Monster’s Government Solutions business unit, which provides cloud-based software and services to federal and state government agencies to find, hire and develop high performing workforces. Susan has two decades of product marketing, strategic planning and policy experience in workforce development and strategic human capital management. Susan also plays a leadership role for programs advancing veteran employment for Monster and its subsidiary, Military.com. She is a Board Member of the National Job Corps Assn’s Foundation for Youth Opportunities, serves on the executive committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Veteran Employment Initiative, and as the Co- Chair of the Massachusetts High Tech Council’s Talent Development Committee.

Prior to joining Monster, her previous experience included an executive role at a venture backed company that built the first global online talent and funding exchange for the R&D community; investor education and marketing positions with the Nasdaq Stock Market and National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA); strategic account management with a Washington, DC-based public affairs firm, and on the headquarters staff of Navy League of the U.S., a defense industry advocacy and veteran support organization.
