Talita Ramos Erickson

Talita is currently Chief Legal/Compliance Officer, and Chief D&I Officer for the Barilla Group globally. She joined the company in 2012 as General Counsel for the Americas Region. From 2013 to 2016 she also served as Barilla’s first Global Chief Diversity Officer, a role that she returned to as of May 2021. From 2018 to 2021, she also held the business position of President for the Barilla Restaurants division. 

Before joining Barilla, she had several in-house counsel positions during her 10-year tenure at Kraft, both in Brazil and the United States. She received a J.D. from Federal University of Parana State in Brazil, an LL.M. in Business Law from Loyola University of Chicago’s School of Law, and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She serves on the Advisory Board of HACE, a non-for-profit helping US Latinx talent achieve their potential. Prior to relocating to Italy, she was a recognized leader in the U.S. Latinx community, including Top 10 Lideres by Hispanic Executive Magazine, 2019 Top 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Corporate America by ALPFA, and Chicago United Top 50 Business Leaders of Color.
