Teresa DeLuca, MD, MBA

Teresa DeLuca, MD, MBA, is a physician executive and former Fortune 50 Chief Medical Officer
with P&L Business Line owner who has 20+ years of corporate management experience
running large divisions. Her experience includes operations within the domestic & international
healthcare verticals as well as being a physician Faculty Advisor with active NY Medical & DEA
licenses.

Teresa serves as an Independent Public Board Member on Surgery Partners [NASDAQ:SGRY] and 180 Life Sciences [NASDAQ:ATNF]. Previously, she was a Board Member for North Bud {CSX: NBUD} as a private company and through the IPO to the public company.

She has passed the NACD’s “Directorship Certified” examination [NACD.DC], earned the Carnegie Mellon Cybersecurity Certificate and was named “2020 Director to Watch” in the Directors & Board Annual Report.
