DeEtta Jones is a strategist, advisor, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience advancing leadership and equity-centered organizational transformation. She is the founder and CEO of DeEtta Jones and Associates (est. 2005) and CultureRoad (est. 2020), two enterprises that serve public, private, and social sector clients globally.

Through her firm DJA, DeEtta has guided leaders at Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and international NGOs on strategy, executive development, and culture change. CultureRoad, her second venture, is an HR tech platform that supports inclusive leadership development at scale through digital learning and community-based engagement.

A recognized voice in leadership strategy and workplace innovation, DeEtta is a frequent advisor to executive teams and boards, focusing on aligning people, culture, and business outcomes. Her work integrates systems thinking, behavioral science, and practical tools for change—supporting leaders to navigate complexity and lead with purpose.

DeEtta holds degrees in psychology, higher education administration, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Beyond active involvement in Entrepreneurs of Purpose, she currently serves on the boards of the National Small Business Association, Perspectives Charter Schools, and YPO’s Social Impact Network.
