Coco Sellman

Founder and CEO, A Force for Good

Coco Sellman is a 5x founder, healthcare entrepreneur, investor, and former CEO of Allumé Home Care, a pediatric complex care home health agency serving medically fragile children and families across Connecticut. Under her leadership, the company scaled into a multi-eight-figure healthcare enterprise with hundreds of employees, strong payer and hospital relationships, and industry-recognized clinical outcomes. In 2021, Allumé merged with All Pointe Care and was ultimately acquired by Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in 2024, creating one of the region’s leading pediatric care platforms. Her experience spans healthcare operations, organizational scaling, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term value creation.

Today, Coco is the founder and CEO of A Force for Good, an education and community platform helping visionary women build high-impact companies. She is the author of A Force for Good and host of the #WisdomOfWomen Show, featuring conversations with trailblazing women founders, investors, and leaders.

Following the successful exit of Allumé, Coco is now exploring her next operating role and acquisition opportunity. She is actively seeking to acquire and grow a lower middle-market company with approximately $1–2 million in EBITDA, with a focus on healthcare services, home services, women’s health, aging, longevity, financial equity, and workforce innovation. She also serves on nonprofit and executive boards focused on healthcare access, women’s leadership, and impact-driven growth.
