Managing Director, Renaissance Economic Development CorporationWith more than 20 years of experience in community development finance and economic development, Jessie serves as the Managing Director at Renaissance, a 29-year-old CDFI and SBA Microlender. She oversees lending operations, technical assistance programs, community relations, and strategic partnerships that expand access to capital and strengthen long-term community impact.
Prior to Renaissance, Jessie was Director of Small Business Lending East at VEDC, where she helped launch the $20 million Tri-State Business Opportunity Fund and managed lending initiatives across multiple markets. She also held leadership roles at Next Street Financial and CAMBA, supporting small business financing and economic development initiatives. Jessie earned her MBA in Finance from Boston University.
Jessie began her career in commercial underwriting. In her free time, she loves hiking and snowboarding.
