Keara Sauber is the CEO of Incora Health, a women’s health wearable company developing AI-driven smart earrings designed to deliver continuous biometric insights for women. With more than two decades of experience across biotech, finance, venture capital, and entrepreneurship, she has built and scaled companies focused on healthcare innovation and strategic growth.

She began her career at GSK and has since served as a biotech CEO, founder, advisor, and investor, working closely with startups, venture capital firms, and family offices. Under her leadership, Incora Health has built a growing pre-launch community of more than 27,000 women and developed a global patent portfolio with over 90 patents granted, published, or pending worldwide.

Keara is also Healthcare Co-Chair of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization Honorary Benefit Committee at WEDO and is a frequent speaker on women’s health, wearable technology, AI-driven healthcare, and innovation.
