Vidya Ravichandran is the CEO & President of GlowTouch, which provides outsourced contact center, back office, and technology services. GlowTouch combines the agility and personal touch of an entrepreneurial company with the technical skill, infrastructure, and experience that comes with being a global enterprise. Thousands of employees engage in millions of customer interactions annually from the company’s eight locations in four countries.
Doing well in business also serves as the conduit for doing good in the community. Through Vidya’s leadership and love of technology, GlowTouch sponsors programs that empower girls and young women to pursue STEM careers, utilizes impact sourcing to create economic opportunities for underserved populations, and engages in charitable efforts centered on improving the quality of education and access to health care. This summer, Vidya was inducted into the CCWomen Hall of Fame for her work in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
