Ann Thakur

Aanchal “Ann” Thakur is the executive stakeholder of strategic client relationships for eTeam Inc., the global workforce solutions provider she co-founded in 1999. Thakur’s strengths lie in relationship building, and she has been instrumental in eTeam’s client relationship development and the company’s high client and supplier satisfaction scores and retention rates. Serving as a liaison between clients and eTeam, Thakur is influential in finding innovative solutions to customer problems. Thakur is involved in several diversity initiatives including creating a robust supplier diversity mentorship program for small, minority- and disadvantage-owned staffing organizations focusing on how to succeed within the workforce ecosystem.
