Caltha Seymour is Director, Mission Critical Power Solutions, Electrical Sector for Eaton, a distinguished power management company.

Based in Washington, DC, Caltha leads a sales team and manages all aspects of revenue generation, government contracting, commercial sales, marketing, customer success initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Her responsibilities include driving growth, building market share, developing cross-divisional strategies, and ensuring long-term profitability to maximize Eaton’s competitive advantage.

Originally from Canada, Caltha is in her ninth year working for Eaton and is a 2018 graduate of Eaton’s Global Leadership Development Program. Her career at Eaton has spanned new product development, enterprise-wide global inclusion & diversity initiatives, product marketing, and leading cross-functional projects for Eaton’s $2.5 billion commercial vehicle product line. She also served as the inaugural National Channel Manager for the Industrial Controls Division, overseeing $262 million in distribution channel partner sales, strategic marketing initiatives, and programs aimed at fostering sales growth and enhancing profitability. Before joining Eaton, Caltha held leadership roles in operations and consulting within higher education institutions and professional sports organizations, including the National Football League & the United States Military Academy—West Point.

Caltha graduated from Tulane University with an MBA in International Business & Finance with experiences in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. She holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Delaware State University and an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Delaware. A classically trained pianist and former elite track & field athlete, Caltha is fluent in French and serves on several advisory boards including The Salvation Army Western Territory and The Cleveland Orchestra.
