Cecilia Aviles, MBA, BSN, RN, is Chief Executive Officer at LifeLong Medical Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving more than 55,000 patients across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. A former trauma nurse and seasoned healthcare executive, Cecilia brings over 20 years of experience leading high-growth, mission-driven organizations. She is committed to making health care more accessible and patient-centered, especially for those who face the greatest barriers.

Her leadership spans some of California’s most respected health systems. She held progressive roles at Kaiser Permanente, served as Operations Executive for Sutter Health’s Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Vice President of Operations for its Mills-Peninsula Division, and Executive Director of Operations for Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation. Cecilia began her career as a staff nurse in emergency, operating, and trauma ICU settings. She went on to advise Fortune 500 clients in the life sciences industry as a senior consultant at KPMG, and led strategic growth at McKesson.

She earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and BSN from San Francisco State University. A Carol Emmott Fellow and alum of the Exceptional Women Alliance, she was honored by the Consul General of Mexico as an Outstanding Hispanic-Origin Female Nurse. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she lives in the Bay Area with her family.
