With over 20 years of subject matter expertise and strategic business insights in project management, Dawn’s progressive and focused vision creates optimum growth opportunities for her clients and team. Known for her dedication to excellence, Dawn is the proud recipient of the 2015 Contractor of the Year Award from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Safety Inspection Services (FSIS), and the Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award for the Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and District of Columbia region in 2014.

Dawn holds a MS in Human Resource Management from American University; a BBA from Hofstra University; and is PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She holds a lifelong love of dance that has fueled her strength and focus.
