Enid Doggett

Enid Doggett is the CEO and founder of INSPR Media Inc., a public relations and digital marketing firm based in Washington, DC. Enid is one of the city’s most influential “connectors.”

Enid and her team specialize in developing and executing public relations and digital marketing strategies across various sectors, with a focus on renewable energy and healthcare. Some of her clients include Wellpoint DC, Wellpoint Maryland, Anthem Virginia, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, DC Health Alliance Network, New Columbia Solar, and acclaimed author Jesse J. Holland, known for his work on Marvel Entertainment’s “Black Panther.”

In addition to her work with these clients, Enid has also provided public relations services for several organizations, including the Black Women’s Roundtable, the National Association of Music Merchants, and the National Federation of Democratic Women. Before founding INSPR Media, Enid served as the communications director for the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE). She has managed public relations campaigns for Pepsi Cola, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF), the National SAFEKids Campaign, the Democratic National Committee, the AFL-CIO, Wyeth Laboratories, the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), and numerous local businesses.

Enid possesses a rich background in journalism, having worked at the Associated Press, WTOP-AM, and WHUR-FM. She actively participates in several professional associations, including the National Association of Black Journalists, the American Marketing Association, the DC Chamber of Commerce, and the National Press Club. She has garnered multiple awards for her work, such as the Washington Association of Black Journalists’ “President’s Award,” the Foundation for the Advancement of Music and Education’s “Community Champion Award,” a “Pollie” from the American Association of Political Consultants, and a Silver Anvil from PRSA.

Enid was also selected as a 2022 InterCity Capital Connections program cohort.

She is a CBE (Certified Business Enterprise) in the District of Columbia and lives in the Brookland neighborhood of Ward 5, DC.
