Fernanda Carapinha is a visionary builder with a rare ability to identify what is missing and create it. She is a serial AI, data, and media-tech entrepreneur, as well as an author, producer, speaker, and business innovation coach. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior development executive in Hollywood, where she developed successful series for A-list talent including Jim Belushi, Téa Leoni, Elizabeth Perkins, Brian Benben, and Steve Harvey.

Today, Fernanda is the founder of WE Global Studios, an AI-powered innovation hub designed to reimagine the startup ecosystem. Her mission is to make business innovation more accessible by equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and strategies needed to build and scale, with a focus on driving early-stage revenue and increasing valuation through non-dilutive capital.

Across her career, a consistent thread has been her commitment to purpose-driven, heart-centered work. From her early experience as a therapist-in-training in Los Angeles public schools to leading a nonprofit supporting NICU families at Cedars-Sinai, to now advocating for and mentoring female founders, Fernanda is driven by helping others reach their full potential and create meaningful impact.

She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Originally from Portugal, she lives in Los Angeles with her two daughters.
